ارزیابی فرایند یادگیری سازمانی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی بر اساس مدل مارکوارت

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی فرایند یادگیری سازمانی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی بر اساس مدل مارکوارت به انجام رسیده است.

روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل ۵۵۲ نفر از کتابداران کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان ۲۲۷ نفر برآورد گردید. برای گردآوری دادههای موردنیاز پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه محقق - ساخته برای سنجش پنج مؤلفه سازمان یادگیرنده بر اساس مدل مارکوارت (پویایی یادگیری، تحول سازمانی، توانمندسازی افراد، مدیریت دانش و به‌کارگیری فناوری) استفاده شد. برای تعیین توزیع نرمال داده‌ها از فرمول کلموگروف اسمیرنف، برای محاسبه پایایی پرسش‌نامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از آزمون t استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS26 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد یادگیری سازمانی در کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است و این وضعیت در مورد هر پنج مؤلفه مورد بررسی (پویایی یادگیری، تحول سازمانی، توانمندسازی افراد، مدیریت دانش و به‌کارگیری فناوری) نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه نتیجه این پژوهش نشان از مطلوب‌بودن فرایند یادگیری سازمانی در کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی دارد بااین‌حال استمرار این نوع یادگیری به جهت تغییر و تحولات فراوانی که در جهان امروز شاهد آن هستیم برای تمامی سازمان‌ها به‌ویژه انواع کتابخانه‌ها یک ضرورت اساسی است.

Evaluating the organizational learning process of university library li-brarians based on the Marquardt model

چکیده English

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the organizational learning process of university library librarians based on the Marquardt model.

Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes 552 librarians at the libraries of the Islamic Azad University. The sample size was estimated to be 227 people using the Krejcie Morgan table. To collect the required data for the research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to assess the five components of learning organization based on the Marquardt model (learning dynamics, organizational transformation, empowerment of individuals, knowledge management, and application of technology). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS26 statistical software and statistical formulas of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Cronbach's alpha, and t-test.

Findings: The results showed that organizational learning in the libraries of Islamic Azad University has a favorable situation and this situation for all five components (learning dynamics, organizational change, empowerment, knowledge management, and technology application) Was also approved.

Conclusion: Although the results of this study indicate the favorable situation of organizational learning in the libraries of Islamic Azad University, the continuation of this type of learning due to the many changes and developments that we see in the world today for all organizations, especially types Libraries are a basic necessity.
