الگوها و رفتارهای اشتراک دانش پژوهشگران در شبکه های اجتماعی علمی: موردکاوی سیستم پرسش و پاسخ در شبکه علمی ریسرچ گیت

چکیده
هدف: شبکه های اجتماعی علمی به ­عنوان عضوی از مجموعه نرم­افزارهای اجتماعی به عنوان بستری برای تعاملات بین المللی و به اشتراک­ گذاری دانش مشهود و نامشهود پژوهشگران بوجود آمدند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه الگوها و رفتارهای اشتراک دانش پژوهشگران در شبکه اجتماعی علمی ریسرچ گیت انجام گرفته است. بر این اساس سیستم­ پرسش و پاسخ این شبکه علمی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است.

روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی پیمایشی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای وب است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، پرسش و پاسخ های ارائه شده در سیستم پرسش و پاسخ این شبکه است. از بین کلیه موضوعات، دو حوزه موضوعی بصورت هدفمند انتخاب و 127 سوال و 408 پاسخ مربوط به این دو حوزه مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفت..

یافته­ ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها نشان داد، پرسش­های مطرح شده در دو حوزه مورد بررسی در سیستم پرسش و پاسخ این شبکه علمی، بیشتر از نوع سوالات مفهومی بوده و پاسخ­ های ارسالی در هر دو حوزه بیشتر نامشهود و از نوع ارائه دید علمی و الگوی ذهنی می ­باشد. بیشتر پرسش کنندگان، پژوهشگران کشورهای آسیایی با رتبه آرجی(Rg) کمتر از 5 بوده اند، در حالی که پژوهشگران کشورهای اروپایی با رتبه آرجی بالاتر از 10 بیشتر به ارسال پاسخ و اشتراک دانش تخصصی خود پرداخته ­اند.

نتیجه­ گیری: سیستم­های پرسش و پاسخ، فناوری متفاوت و کارآمدی جهت به اشتراک گذاری دانش و افزایش تعاملات و ارتباطات بین المللی پژوهشگران است که فراتر از مرزهای جغرافیایی و سیاسی، محملی برای باروری حوزه‌های تخصصی علمی در جهان پدید آورده است. نتایج این پژوهش مطابق گفته کاستلز(Castells) از قدرت پنهان شبکه­ های اجتماعی و سیستم های پرسش و پاسخ در اشتراک دانش و گسترده شدن مرزهای دانشی سخن می­ گوید که چگونه موجب سهولت انتقال تجارب، اندیشه ها و دانش محققان شده و زمینه باروری علم را فراهم می­نمایند. این گونه به نظر می­رسد جامعه دانشی که در آن تسهیم دانش بطور داوطلبانه جایگزین تقسیم دانش می­شود با وجود این شبکه ها در حال محقق شدن است.

Aim: Scientific social networks were shaped as part of a set of social software and a platform for international interactions sharing the tangible and intangible knowledge of researchers. The purpose is to investigate the patterns and behaviors of knowledge sharing of researchers in Research Gate. Based on this, the question and answer system of this scientific social network was analyzed and reviewed.

Methodology: Method is applied descriptive survey with web content analysis approach. The community studied was the questions and answers provided in the Q & A system of Research Gate. Two subject areas were selected, 127 questions and 408 responses related to these two domains were analyzed and reviewed.

Findings: Findings showed that the questions raised in two domains examined in the question and answer system of the scientific network were conceptual questions and replies in both domains were often intangible, and the type of presentation are scientific vision and mental pattern. Most of the inquirers were researchers from Asian countries with less than 5 RG rank. While researchers from European countries - with an RG rank of over 10, have been posting answers and sharing their expertise.

Conclusion: Q & A systems are diverse, efficient technologies for sharing knowledge and enhancing international interactions among researchers beyond the geographical and political boundaries, which has created a place for the reproduction of scientific disciplines in the world. The results according to Castells, speak of latent power of social networks and question and answer systems in knowledge sharing and widespread knowledge boundaries that facilitate transfer of experiences, thought and knowledge of researchers and provide fertile ground for science.
